An 86 year-old non-profit scientific association with more than 7,000 members worldwide, the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) is now as relevant as ever in the emerging age of professional drone technology. The society focuses on advancing knowledge and understanding around mapping sciences, while promoting responsible application of photogrammetry, remote sensing, GIS and supporting technologies. Wingtra has joined its Sustaining Members Council and is excited for the opportunities this decision holds.

The tagline decision anticipated big change and aimed to include stakeholders of the future, particularly those who extract insights from higher-accuracy data (collected more and more regularly by drones) that supports context-rich decision making across industries.
