The Switzerland-based mapping drone manufacturer Wingtra is launching a new line of services including add-ons, training and consulting, Total Maintenance Plans (TMP) and a second-year warranty option. The Extended Services line aims to guarantee that Wingtra’s customers—from small surveying firms to large-scale enterprises—can customize their drone fleet according to their needs while maximizing efficiency.
“We engineered Extended Services, and especially Total Maintenance Plans, to make sure our customers’ drone fleet is up and running at all times,” commented Basil Weibel, Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder of Wingtra. “With TMP you have the latest equipment all the time, including unlimited consumable drone parts, and your warranty never expires.”
The TMP is a subscription-based plan designed for greater peace of mind regarding drone equipment maintenance and forecasting budgets. Specifically, TMPs include an all-in-one maintenance solution and a new WingtraOne drone bundle every two to four years for a flat yearly fee. Since Wingtra drones come with a one-year warranty, the second-year warranty option extends this agreement in case the TMP plan is not chosen.
Launched as part of Extended Services, training and consulting services provide Wingtra customers with training on basic flight planning and operations as well as specific application sessions to help integrate drones into existing processes and equipment.

Lastly, customers can now easily choose add-ons for their drone bundles, like spare drones, high-altitude propellers or accidental damage protection, making it easy to customize the drone package to specific needs and applications.
